This peach salad dressing is super tasty and easy to make with only five ingredients! It’s also AIP compliant, paleo, and dairy free.
I absolutely LOVE peach season. They are probably my favourite fruit. And as much as I enjoy eating them on their own, I also enjoy creating different ways to use them, such as in my peach plantain cobbler, cucumber peach salad, or peaches and cream cookies.
I was getting a little tired of my usual apple cider vinaigrette, so I thought I’d mix it up by making a peach vinaigrette type salad dressing – and here we are! I enjoyed it SO much and I thought you may too!
Ingredients needed to make this Peach Salad Dressing
Peach
1 whole peach, pit removed of course! You can also use a nectarine, I’ve tried it with both peach and nectarine and both versions are equally good.
No need to peel, unless you prefer to do so. I just like the way the dressing looks with the peel. It reminds me of an Italian dressing with lil specks of herbs and spices, but in this case it’s lil specks of peach peel!
Olive Oil
I really like the Organic Kirkland Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Costco!
Apple Cider Vinegar
Bragg’s is my go-to brand!
Honey
Any honey will do, just make sure you’re using pure and natural honey!
Salt
How to make
It is incredibly easy to make. Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. There you go, you now have an AIP summer salad dressing!
Ways to eat
- Over Salad – I ate it over fresh lettuce from the garden and chopped red onion. It was perfect! But I can imagine this dressing would be great in a all types of salads, such as cucumber salad, or sweet potato, or even chopped chicken salad.
- As a dip/sauce – I used my leftover dressing as a dip. It was amazing with grilled chicken. It would also be great as a sauce or dip for fish or shrimp. So many possibilities!

This was delicious. The best dressing I’ve ever had. Do you think it would freeze for after peach season?
Hi Doris, I think it would freeze well. Might be good to freeze in ice cube trays then pop them out as individual portions 🙂
Hi! Can you use frozen peaches for this recipe? If so, how much would you recommend? Thanks!
I would say 1/2 cup, I would probably defrost them first…
How many servings @ tbs?
This recipe creates around 1.5 cups of dressing. I drizzle a couple tablespoons over a medium sized salad. But definitely recommend to use as desired 🙂
