This air fryer Greek cauliflower is such a tasty healthy side dish. It’s also completely AIP compliant, paleo, whole30 and keto!
You know what I love about air frying? It’s SO quick. Recipes that usually would take much longer in the oven or on the grill, take a fraction of the time in the air fryer. AND the results are the same or even better!
Cauliflower has become a go-to air fryer veggie around here. I love the way it crisps up yet still is tender. And although I usually enjoy it simply with just with a bit of oil and salt, sometimes I have to mix it up!
Enter: greek seasoning!
Ingredients needed to make this air fryer Greek cauliflower
- Cauliflower
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Oregano
- Basil
- Dill
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Kalamata olives (optional)
I didn’t add it but I feel like feta cheese would be amazing tossed in as well. So If you tolerate feta you can always give it a try!
How to make
First, if your air fryer needs to preheat, go ahead and preheat it at 380F. My particular air fryer does not need preheating so you can skip this if yours is the same!
Then you’ll add the seasoning ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano, basil, dill, onion powder, garlic powder) to a large bowl, and whisk them all together. Then add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat. You can also add everything to a large ziplock bag and shake!
Now add the seasoned cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed – don’t crowd the basket). Cook cauliflower in the air fryer at 380F for 7-12 minutes (depending on the size of your florets), shaking the basket halfway through, until browned on the edges.
Once cooked remove from air fryer. If using kalamata olives, toss those in with the cauliflower.
Enjoy!
